Nick & Sina Honeyman

The husband-and-wife team behind your experience.

Meet Nick Honeyman, a celebrated international chef and owner or Le Petit Léon (1 Michelin Star), ro.bo and Paris Butter, NZ. His cooking reflects years of international fine dining experience, combined with a deep connection to local produce and powerful flavours.

Sina Honeyman leads service, event coordination, and guest experience. She ensures seamless communication, harmonic event flow and a warm, elegant presence throughout your event.

Together, Nick and Sina offer a rare combination of world-class gastronomy and personalised hospitality — creating experiences that feel intimate, refined, and memorable.
